Membership Rights Statement

Dear Member,
Thank you for using the services of our store (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). We provide convenient transactions for our members in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms").

To protect your rights, please read these Terms carefully. By registering as a member of our store or by beginning to use the Service, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the content of the Terms and our "Privacy Policy." It is also considered that you have reviewed and agreed to our "Personal Data Collection Notice and Consent." If you do not agree to all or part of the Terms, please do not register and immediately stop using the Service.

The specific terms are as follows:

I. Member Information

1. Before using the Service, you must provide accurate personal information and register as a member of our store, free of charge. Once registered, you may use the Service and participate in related activities. If your personal information changes, please update it promptly to protect your rights. If a member fails to update their information correctly, resulting in the inability to receive member benefits, promotional offers, event information, or notifications of changes/termination of such benefits, it will be considered that the member has received the relevant information or notice.

2. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is protected and governed by our store's Privacy Policy.

II. Changes to Service Content

Members agree that the store may, at any time, adjust, modify, change, or terminate the Service and the Terms. Such changes will take effect upon being announced on the store’s website and will not be individually notified. Any rights and obligations between the member and the store arising from participation in activities or use of the Service will be subject to the latest version of the Terms.

III. Personal Data Collection Notice and Consent

To provide the best service and protect members’ personal data, our store hereby informs you of the following in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"):

(1) Purpose of Collection, Categories of Personal Data, Duration, Area, Recipients, and Method of Use
For the purposes of offering promotions, products, services, activities, and the latest updates, and for effectively managing member data, service tracking, surveys, satisfaction, and consumption statistics (collectively, the "Collection Purpose"), our store may collect, process, and use the personal data provided in your membership application, consumption, and transaction records, or other personal data provided with your consent. Within the scope of the Collection Purpose, we may share part or all of your data with our partners (including but not limited to Cyberbiz, our service provider).

Example: When a member makes an online purchase, the store may need to share relevant data (e.g., recipient name, delivery address, phone number) with logistics or courier partners to complete delivery of goods or promotional gifts. By completing an online transaction, the member is deemed to have agreed and authorized the store to provide such personal data to the logistics partners.

(2) Notes:
You agree that electronic documents may be used to signify your written consent under the PDPA. If you do not agree to provide personal data, or if you request deletion or cessation of data collection/processing, you understand that the store may be unable to complete membership review or related services, and may be unable to provide full online services. We appreciate your understanding.

Jurisdiction Clause:
In the event of legal disputes, both parties agree that the Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance. However, this does not exclude the application of the jurisdiction for small claims litigation as stipulated in Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 436-9 of the Civil Procedure Code.
